Cloag Farm Cottages are three comfortable family-run self-catering properties with stunning views over Strathearn, which offer the chance to enjoy the peace and quiet of the spectacular Perthshire countryside.
Each sleeps up to 4 and the cottages are bookable online. We are open all year with bookings any day to any day – minimum stay 3 nights. VisitScotland inspects us every year and we have a 3 star award as well as a silver award from the Green Tourism Business Scheme.
Located between Perth and Crieff, Cloag Farm looks out over Methven village and is an ideal base for exploring Perthshire. The cottages are a real home from home, well equipped and with modern furnishings. Free Wi-Fi is provided, and the village with its amenities is within walking distance.
Perthshire is full of things to see and do and has a rich legacy of castles, churches, battlefields and historic sites. Craft industries abound, making everything from whisky, to glass paperweights, which can all be visited and sampled. It is also a wonderful place for hill walking, whether you are a beginner or a real stalwart. Golfers will appreciate the many golf courses within Perthshire itself with their modest green fees. There is an exciting range of outdoor active things to do, like white-water rafting, quad biking or even bungee jumping for the bravest.
Looking further afield, day trips to Edinburgh, Glasgow, St Andrews, Loch Ness and Glencoe are popular with all our visitors, many of whom return to visit us again.
We look forward to welcoming you to Cloag Farm.
