My goal is to teach both general and rehabilitation classes along with individual sessions online to improve health and wellbeing, both physical and mental, to bring about a positive outlook on life. I am a fully qualified and experienced Personal Trainer, Pilates and Yoga Teacher, Fitness Professional, Tutor and Assessor, with a BSc (1st Class Hons) in Applied Science.
