Runner - Up (Aged 5-10) Elliott Beatson, aged 5 and a half from St Madoes Primary School.
I met Mickey and friends in Disneyland, Paris. I invited them to Perth and they came. We drived them to my Granny’s house because we can see the whole of Perth from there. Everyone decided to split up to see different places in Perth.
Donald, Huey, Dewey, Louis and Webby went to Perth swimming pool. I taught them all how to swim there in the deep water because it is where I am learning. They got their levels 1,2 and 3 in one week! They liked the slides, bubbles and the fast water.
Mickey, Goofy and Pluto went for a walk up Kinnoull Hill with me. My dog likes walking up the hill and we made lots of new friends there. We took lots of photos of the wooden statues, they liked the eagle one best.
Peter Pan and Tinkerbell went to the Enchanted Forest to see what made it so magical. They looked inside all of the magical bits to see if it really magic that makes it light up. They saw lots of fancy lights but the hot chocolate gave it some magic because it warmed them up. Peter liked the story teller because it was like Wendy’s stories.
Minnie and Daisy got their hair and nails done in a hairdressers that had fancy music. They then went to Grand Italia for dinner and talked to Mario there.
Professor Von Drake visited Perth Museum to dog for dinosaur bones and to see lots of old stuff there.
Uncle Scrooge McDuck liked being back in Scotland and stayed at Scone Palace because it is a big fancy house, but he got lost in the maze.
At the end of their trip they said thank you to us and flew back to Disneyland, Paris on Uncle Scrooge’s private jet from Perth Airport. Even though Uncle Scrooge wasn’t there – he must still be lost in the maze!
