Runner - Up (Aged 10 - 15) Ellie Forbes, aged 10 and a half from St Madoes Primary School.
There once was a rat called Remy. He was an amazing Cook. The best in Perth. One Saturday, there was a food festival and whoever won got their own restaurant. Remy and his brother Emile decided to enter.
They had a long time until it started. It started at twelve o’clock. There was only half an hour of selling time left when Emile was messing around and ruined all the food!
Their time was up and had to sell the mess when an announcement said that Anton Ego was the Judge. Remy got really worried and started to panic. He was there. Anton said “I expect lots from you” he spoke coldly. For a guy who loves food you are really picky”, Remy argued back. Remy hoped Emile’s new recipe would be tasty.
He only took one bite when he said “this is the best food I’ve ever had. Amazing” A silly mistake had worked out. Remy and Emile both sighed with relief, they had won!
Remy and Emile opened the restaurant in Perth the very next day and chose the city centre, so everyone could visit. They got trophies and certificates all because Emile being Silly.
