Hi I'm Dawn Gillies, owner of The Energy Tree Yoga Pilates and Personal Training.

My main objective in life, and especially during Lockdown, is to help others to be fit and healthy, and to feel good about themselves. My goal is to teach both general and rehabilitation classes along with individual sessions online to improve health and wellbeing, both physical and mental, to bring about a positive outlook on life. All of my sessions are currently being delivered through Zoom.

I am a fully qualified and experienced Personal Trainer, Pilates and Yoga Teacher, Fitness Professional, Tutor and Assessor, with a BSc (1st Class Hons) in Applied Science.
