Enjoy a delicious Afternoon Tea at Loch Leven’s Larder, an award-winning family-run farm, restaurant, deli and gift shop situated three miles from Kinross – easily accessible from all over Scotland, within just a few miles of the M90.
Afternoon Tea at the Larder (£21.95) includes a selection of sandwiches, including Arbroath kiln-smoked salmon & cream cheese, luxury smoked ham & vine tomato, Kilduncan egg mayonnaise and a home-made mini sausage roll, followed by a mini fruit scone with double cream & jam, and of course, a selection of tempting treats baked from scratch by their pastry chef. All served with a freshly ground coffee or a pot of tea.
The relaxed, friendly café has large picture windows looking out onto stunning views over the open countryside and Loch Leven itself, whilst the unique garden pods offer a more intimate experience with 360° views, perfect for a special occasion. The large pod seats up to 8 guests, the smaller pod seats up to 6 guests. There is no charge to hire the pods but they do request a refundable deposit to secure the booking.
They are happy to cater for those following a gluten-free, vegetarian or vegan diet – just give them a heads up in advance when you book and the chef will create a special alternative for you.
