Gill's Winter Warmers

Each and every week Gill Murray rolls up her sleeves and prepares a tasty dish using the very best in local Perthshire produce. As if that wasn't enough talent for one woman, she then carries it over to her studio to photograph it for her #SmallCityRecipes column.

Gill is a food lover of epic proportions and we feel incredibly lucky here at Small City to count her in as one of the team. Gill's work takes her all over Scotland and with a second base in New York, we've featured a few 'Gill On Tour' dishes which she adapts for our seasonal ingredients.
