Perth Cake Fest: (header 2) 12 noon to 4pm
Watch on in wonder as head baker Simon Preston recreates Perthshire’s scenic landscape in cake! Using iconic buildings made by local amateur bakers, this annual event has become a much-anticipated favourite of Perth’s Winter Festival. The Zuppa Festival (header 2) 12 noon to 4pm
We all know that the Scots are master soup makers, and in this fun competition it will be up to the general public to crown Perth’s very own winning soup guru! Meet the finalists and taste their piping hot seasonal creations before voting for your favourite! Winner announced on the main stage at 4pm.
Organised in conjunction with Zero Waste Perth and Giraffe Trading Company, this is a souptastic treat not to be missed!

Live Music and Entertainment
With two stages of live music and entertainment for the whole family – one at Horsecross Plaza and one at King Edward Street – you’ll find every inch of Perth City brimming over with a festive party atmosphere! Make sure to pack your dancing shoes and best singing voice to join in the fun!
Santa’s Grotto and Ice Caves
Visit Santa Claus in this FREE Grotto, where all children leave with a smile and a promise to be good! (Hooray for Santa!). While you’re there, take a wander through the ice caves and capture a selfie in the wonderful winter wonderland. Remember to use the hashtag #PerthWinterFest
