Perth City Centre's Winter Festival is a 10 week long celebration of Perth, Scotland in winter, opening with the Christmas Light Switch On in November, and running until its Chinese New Year finale in early February as part of the wonderful Perth Light Nights. All events are free to attend.
The main event, of course, Perth's now famous, star-studded Christmas Light Switch On Party on the 16th November, which will house three live music stages, a Chocolate and Gin Market, a Festive Market, fair rides, Santa's Grotto and Ice Caves and much more!
This runs deliciously into their City of Perth Feast including Cake Fest and Zuppa on the 17th November - with more live music of course!
St Andrews Day Weekend is another fantatsic 2-day extravaganza of music, markets and food and includes the beautiful Lantern Parade on Saturday 30th November.
