The Slow Food Evenings at 63 Tay Street are a foodie's idea of heaven! 4 courses of delicious, seasonal ingredients selected by Graeme to create a unique menu each and every month.
The price is fixed at £27.50 per head with an optional flight of matching wines selected by their Front of House manager, Ralph.
Graeme Pallister is one of Slow Food UK's Chef Alliance members and uses this well placed position to host Slow Food Dinners on the first Wednesday of every month.
Graeme has been working with Slow Food UK as part of their Chef Alliance for about 4 years now (since it started) and its something that he is very passionate about. The idea is this….
