Day 2 of the Christmas Light Switch On!

All three stages from Saturday's Light Switch On will be open and raring to go as Perth invites in another run of fantastic acts. Featuring more live music, entertainment and fun we're calling on you to get up and do it all over again!

Perth's Clans will be out in force! Over 30 local cultural clans will come together to back Perth's bid to be UK City of Culture 2021 and perform in different venues across the city centre.

 

The grand finale at 5pm will see the culture clans pledge their backing for the City of Culture bid at the main stage on Tay Street in a mass group performance. Groups so far signed up to take part include Perthshire Creates, Perthshire Arts Association, Perthshire Photographic Society, Crieff High School Pipe Band, local bands Longstay and We Came From Wolves, Simply Inspired Creative Writing Club, Fairfield Angels Lunch Club Singers and many more.

Scotland's Outdoor Festival of Chocolate will be back for day two of their scrumdiddlyumptious event and we predict we'll be back munching even more delicious treats from these talented chocolatiers! MORE >>>

Perth's Outdoor Ice Rink will run from 19th to 27th so wrap up cosy and get your glide on!  Located on Horsecross Plaza, this now annual tradition is a glorious way to keep warm while getting into the Christmas spirit. MORE >>>
