PKAVS 12 Days of Christmas 2015

They are asking for your help to support them in continuing the vital work they do supporting local people, right here, on your doorstep.

You can also help raise funds by getting involved in one (or more) of their ’12 Dates’ this December. A little kindness can change so many lives.

12 DATES OF PKAVS Christmas

1^st December - #GivingTuesday

Give back this Christmas and help others through PKAVS. Text PKAV15 and your donation amount to 70070 then post a selfie online encouraging others to do the same.

3^rd December - Quiz Night

Join us at the Salutation Hotel from 7.30pm and test your knowledge. Tickets are just £6 per person with teams of 5 people welcome.

4^th December - Christmas Jumper Day

Involve your school/work through a themed dress-down day and have everyone donate £1 to PKAVS. Share your photos with us on social media!

5th December - Volunteer Day

Join us in thanking our priceless volunteers who helpmake our work at PKAVS possible. Keep an eye out on social media for volunteer stories and feel free to share your own with us too.

5th December - M&S Bag Pack

Volunteer your time and join us at M&S Inveralmond for a very Christmassy bag pack.  Even if you only have an hour to spare please do get involved and help us make the difference this Christmas.

9^th December - Onesie Wednesday

A twist on the classic ‘Wear Your Pajamas to Work Day’.  Involve your school/work through a modern dress-down day and have everyone donate £1 to PKAVS.

11^th December - Ready, Set, BAKE!

Organise a Bake Off and have a team of lucky judges decide who will be crowned the Christmas Bake Off Challenge Champion. Afterwards, sell the remaining cakes and donate the proceeds to PKAVS.

16^th December - Walled Wonderland

Join PKAVS Carers and Mental Health and Wellbeing Hubs for an open day at the Walled Garden where there will be an exciting quiz, raffle and Christmas workshops.

17^th December - Christmas Raffle

Make sure you have purchased your PKAVS Christmas raffle ticket as we will be drawing  the winners on this date! Alternatively, why not host your own raffle in aid of PKAVS?

18^th December - Street Collection

Head in to Perth City Centre and you may see some familiar characters wandering around the high street. If you do, remember to stop for a photograph and make a donation!

21^st - Last Hour’s Pay

Donate your last hour’s pay before Christmas and encourage colleagues to do the same. Our last day is 21st Dec but if you do finish up before or even after please still consider getting involved.

21^st - M&S Bag Pack

Join us for the last of our Christmas bag packs at M&S Inveralmond. Spend an hour or two packing bags for shoppers with the knowledge that you are helping to raise vital funds for PKAVS.
