It's A Muddy Colour Mayhem!

By 17th January 2017

PKAVS Muddy Colour Mayhem is back and it’s bigger and better than ever! Get ready to battle your way round challenging but fun obstacles, including monkey bars, 7ft walls, tunnels & cargo nets while being showered with bright coloured dye. Not only will you have an absolute hoot on this colourful 5k assault course, you will also be doing something amazing to help local people in your community.

We know New Year’s Resolutions can be hard to stick to, and although we’re only half way through January those leftover Christmas selection boxes are just proving too much of a challenge and an early morning run is just not even considered when it’s still dark! So, why not set a challenge you CAN do? Something you can build up to and look forward to later in the year?

PKAVS are encouraging runners at all fitness levels, from 8 to 108 years old, to sign up and join in the fun now. Just visit the PKAVS Website to find out more, register to run or even to enquire about volunteering to help them make the day a success.

Why not do it as a team at work? Rhona, Big G and myself will be rocking a Small City T-shirt and tackling the course; so be sure to say hi if you see us! Not only are we doing this for the amazing PKAVS, it's a great day out and Nicki cant wait to get some embarrassing shots of us covered in coloured dye and looking knackered!

So, go on get signed up and make a start on your 2017 resolutions and do your bit for a fantastic local charity. SIGN UP NOW >>>
