The Mountain Cafe Cookbook

The Mountain Café in Aviemore is hugely popular with climbers, skiers and walkers, with the reputation of its mountain-sized cakes extending far beyond the Cairngorms. Chef and Owner Kirsten Gilmour from New Zealand will talk about her recent book The Mountain Café Cookbook, which is inspired by her Kiwi roots and travels around the world.
