Julia has spent most of her career as a journalist and joins Anna Day (programme director of Winter Words and Dundee Literary Festival) to discuss the meticulous research that went into her novel The Last Pearl Fisher of Scotland, the history of the Pearl Fishers of Scotland and how their legend lives on.
