Inchyra Home is run from the beautiful Inchyra Estate in Perthshire. Inchyra is a very special place and, since Lady Caroline and Lord James Inchyra moved from London in 2003, it has inspired them to build the very varied businesses that are now run from the estate.
Inchyra Home was the result of a chance meeting with Angus Nichol who runs the last major linen mill in Britain. They embarked on a mad mission to try and produce linens with the look and feel of antique linens. From It's launch in 2012, the company now produces a range of high quality pure linens that are available through interior designers across the country. This year they're also adding some stunning pure wools to the range. And, yes, the aged linens really do look and feel like old linen!
The other side of the interiors business is called Home Farm Inchyra. This is named after one of Caroline and James’s favourite places - Home Farm House at Inchyra. This business was set up most recently in January 2016 to sell the exclusive collection of homewares, accessories and gifts. Many of the designs are made using the beautiful Inchyra linens and everything they offer has been developed or sourced through a love of fabulous fabrics, materials and makers.
It's a busy place, bustling with people, events, making and merriment throughout the year and they very much hope that you will enjoy taking a little piece of Inchyra with you!
