Copperfields' Hayleigh Is Picture Perfect

By 18th September 2014

Hayleigh Davidson from Copperfields Hairdressing and Beauty is currently in a major Purple Patch! Hot on the heels of her win as L'Oreal Young Colourist of the Year 2014, she has been selected as a finalist in the National Hairdressing Federation’s (NHF) Photographic Stylist of the Year Competition.

The national awards asked competitors to create a Fashion Look for either ladies’ or men’s hair and from the hundreds of entries that were received the panel of industry expert judges whittled down the entries to shortlist just three finalists in Hayleigh’s category.

Hayleigh DavidsonShe found out the great news just after returning from her first trip to London with the L'Oreal Young Colourists where she started her ‘’Year of Dreams’’.  A two-day super-packed schedule saw her Meet The Team, join in Brand Focus (L’Oreal, L’Oreal, L’Oreal!), head out on a field trip and of course, enjoy a little dinner and drinks with her fellow young colourists!

Hayleigh's shortlisted photograph is a stunning image of a single, dark haired girl with colour flashes through her blunt fringe.  This year's Photographic Stylist of the Year Competition has been the most popular ever, and to have made it this far is a huge achievement.

Derek, Copperfields director told us, “Hayleigh is having a fantastic year.  She's put in an incredible amount of work to reach the standards required for a shortlist in the NHF awards and Fiona, myself and the team have been inspired by her commitment and the attention to detail that has brought her this far. ”

The finalists are invited to the NHF’s “Britain’s Best” event to be held at the Heritage Motor Centre in Warwickshire on Sunday 16th November when the winners will be announced.

Good luck to Hayleigh from all of us - we do love it when a Perth Stylist shows everyone how its done!
