Meet their fishmongers who will be filleting different types of fish and shellfish landed around Scotland for that day's orders, ready to be transported to top Scottish restaurants and hotels. You will also get the opportunity to visit their Smoking Room and enjoy an introduction to how Scottish Salmon is smoked and how they make their Gravadlax. Not only will you get a great tour, you will also find out more about the history of the business and get to browse through the amazing archive photos!
After the tour of the fish hall and shop, you are welcomed to their demonstration kitchen for a tasting selection from their own range of delicious Seafood recipes.
There are two different tasting options available. Both feature a tour of the factory but the menu and duration differs on both.

Scallops and black pudding with a white beurre sauce

Whilst enjoying your freshly prepared meal in the demonstration kitchen, your Chef is available for questions, interactive ideas, hot tips and cooking techniques from the kitchen!
