The Big Giggle for Bookbug Week 2017

Between 15 and 21 May Libraries and Community venues throughout Scotland will be celebrating Bookbug Week. Culture Perth and Kinross will be singing and reading stories throughout the week with FREE events for families with babies and young children.

This year’s theme is Bookbug’s Big Giggle, and as well as the fun of our fantastic Bookbug Sessions, we have storytelling sessions and a Bookbug Spot and Count Competition in our libraries. Bookbug may even make an appearance in some of our libraries that week. If you do see Bookbug out and about why not post a photo on our Social Media. All events are free but please contact your library to reserve your place, as spaces are limited and age ranges vary. We’d love to see you at one of our events but if you can’t make it, visit the Scottish Book Trust website to find lots of ideas to join in the fun of Bookbug Week 2017.
