The wonderful Stride for Life walks can be found weekly throughout Perthshire and this Wednesday walk is a great way to explore a bit of Birnam with other people in the area.

Led by local volunteers and supported by Live Active Leisure, these fabulous walks will encourage you to get out and enjoy fresh air, a stroll, a chat and cuppa at the end!

The Stride for Life walks are suitable for everyone and are an easy way of chalking up some of your recommended 150 minutes of activity.

There is no need to book, simply turn up to Willowbank Lounge,
Servite Housing, Birnam at 1.30pm on a Wednesday.
