Our original signature no bake cheesecake made using a generous amount of local Persie (Citrus) Gin which hails from Glenshee.

If heaven had a taste this would be it; a gingernut biscuit base and boozy cheesecake with swirls of rhubarb compote, slithers of gin soaked rhubarb and sticky stem ginger throughout. This one would definitely be on the naughty list!

Serving Instructions: Thaw at room temperature for a minimum of 3 hours. Remove from all packaging and place on a board or serving tray, keeping the product flat. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated between 0-5 °C and consume within 72 hours.
