To create the Velvet Truffle, Iain uses a uniquely complex single-origin cocoa from São Tomé and matches its flavour notes with crushed fruit, exotic spices and fresh un-blended cream from a single herd of cows in Perthshire.  Most importantly, Iain is able to create the wonderfully smooth texture of the Velvet Truffle using only his skill, experience and quality ingredients – no artificial ingredients are used.

Velvet Truffle Tour & Chocolate Tasting  

Starting in the newly refurbished Chocolate Lounge, Iain Burnett's voice tutors you through a tasting flight of his hand-made gourmet chocolates, giving insights into the different flavour combinations & textures. Then embark upon an audio-guided tour of the Chocolate centre to gain a glimpse into the art of being a Master Chocolatier and to learn the processes of creating gourmet chocolate, from bean to truffle!
