Entremet is a classic French dessert, traditionally served at banquets.

This version consists of a flourless genoise vanilla sponge base with a strawberry jelly centre and a layer of vanilla pod panna cotta encased by a light strawberry mousse. The dome is finished with a strawberry glaze that’s shiner than Rudolph’s nose and topped with a white chocolate shard. These come in a box of four.

Serving Instructions: Thaw at room temperature for a minimum of 3 hours. Remove from all packaging and place on a board or serving tray, keeping the product flat. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated between 0-5 °C and consume within 72 hours.
