The course provides an opportunity for participants to learn more about delegation, management styles, giving feedback and other essential management skills.
As an ILM Development Programme, participants receive an ILM certificate on completion of the course plus a 6-month student membership giving access to a wealth of expert information, advice and e-learning resources to maximise their learning experience.

The course will be delivered by Rachel Weiss from 9.30am – 4.30pm on Wednesday 13 November and from 9.30am – 12.30pm on Tuesday 3 December.
