Spoon Carving Workshop

Following on from the success of their first spoon carving workshop, Violet Studios are delighted to have Louise from Louise Forbes Design back this September to host her second spoon carving workshop.

Louise Forbes is a Scottish based maker and designer, running both 
Louise Forbes Design and co-owner of Tayberry Gallery in Perth.

We've all got a wooden spoon that we can't even begin to remember when we bought it, it's likely to be even older than the jars of spices pushed to the back of the cupboard. This fantastic workshop is the perfect excuse to upgrade your wooden spoon game and enjoy the bragging rights that come with carving and creating it yourself!

The workshop will take place on Sunday 8th September between 11am - 4pm at the fabulous Gill Murray's newest venture, the absolutely stunning Violet Studios in Bridge of Earn.

All tools and materials will be provided together with a tasty light lunch and refreshments throughout the day. Each attendee will leave with their very own hand carved wooden spoon, as well as the skills and confidence to take this creative activity forward! It also makes for a the perfect handmade gift for a fellow foodie!
