Perthshire's award-winning distillery, Persie Gin, is offering this fantastic tour of their distillery near Blairgowrie for up to five people.

Whet your gin lover's appetite with one of three delicious gins: Zesty Citrus, Herby & Aromatic and a Sweet & Nutty Old Tom.  This private tour for five people will explain the botanicals used in the distillation process and help you pick the gin that most appeals to your palate.

Your session will start with a short drink to acclimatise the palate before moving on to experimenting with aroma recognition. 

Then the bit you've been waiting for! By tasting the three gins - first with just ice or water - you can appreciate the personality of the flavour.  You'll then get to try them all again with your choice of mixer and garnish helping you to understand the complementary nature of the signature serve.  

After you have completed this rigorous and no doubt highly enjoyable research our lucky winner will be awarded with a bottle of gin that most suits your palate to take home!
