Join the Perth branch of Amnesty International for a night of Syrian music, storytelling, and food.

On Wednesday the 26th September at 7.30pm in St John's Episcopal Church, acclaimed Syrian classical guitarist Ayman Jarjour will be performing, and diplomat Alyson Jarjour will be exploring cultural differences between
Syria and Scotland through story.

Admission is free of charge, and donations will be shared between Medical Aid and Support for Syria and Amnesty International UK.

Syrian refreshments will be served.

Ayman Jarjour has performed in the Middle East, Europe, the United States, Africa and the Far East. His international performances include concerts in New York, London, Edinburgh, Brussels, Beirut, Amman, Madrid, Bonn, Tunis, Khartoum, Valletta, Cairo, Alexandria, Istanbul, Basel, Prague and Taipei, the last attended by the Taiwanese President. He was born in Damascus, Syria and now lives in Scotland, and is involved with many charities working to help refugees and people affected by the war in Syria.
