63 Tay Street is one of Perth city’s longest-standing restaurants and for the past  14 years it has flourished under the passionate ownership of chef-patron, Graeme Pallister. With two AA rosettes and a continued presence in the Michelin Good Food Guide and Good Wine Guide for the UK,  the restaurant, guided by Graeme’s mantra of Local, Honest, Simple, is a leading force in Scottish food.

In 2016 Graeme made the decision to refurbish the restaurant and overhaul the menu, introducing a bistro-style environment.   Remaining committed to using seasonal, local produce, Graeme prides himself on creating dishes that use only local and Scottish artisan suppliers and cooks seasonally to deliver the best taste experience possible. His menus are creative and combine many wonderful tastes and textures and these are all enhanced by a stunning wine menu that boasts some of the world's finest vineyards.
