Facial Treatments

A facial is one of the best ways to take care of your skin, especially when it's given by an experienced, knowledgeable aesthetician. A facial cleans, exfoliates and nourishes the skin, promoting a clear, well-hydrated complexion, and can help your skin look younger. A facial is the second most popular spa treatment after a massage. A facial works best when it is part of an on-going program of skin care.

Wellbeing 2018 - Moness massageMassage Treatments

Massage can be defined as the systematic and manual manipulation of the soft tissues of the body to promote health and wellbeing. It has been used for many thousands of years throughout the world, and the techniques used today have evolved from both Eastern and Western traditions

Reflexology

This has its origins over 5000 years ago, but the technique as we know it today is relatively new. Its roots are in zone therapy, which is based on the principle that the body has 10 distinct energy channels or zones, known as meridians, running through it. As zone therapy developed, it was discovered that reflexes in the feet relate to all the major body systems

Manicure/Pedicure

A manicure is a cosmetic beauty treatment for the fingernails and hands. A manicure consists of filing, shaping of the free edge, pushing (with cuticle pusher) and clipping (with cuticle nippers) any non-living tissue (limited to cuticle and hangnails) from the nail plate, treatments, massage of the hand and the application of polish. When applied to the toenails and feet, this treatment is referred to as a pedicure.

Beauty Maintenance

Naturally there are occasions when a little beauty maintenance becomes necessary. This can take the form of stand-alone procedures or as an addition to our other treatments.
