Perth Riverside Light Nights

The Perth Riverside Light Nights was so popular last year that it is back in 2018 with a bang and it's even bigger and better than before.  The family fun that it promises is a great way to celebrate the end of Perth's Winter Festival and this year the team behind the event have a fantastic programme of themed nights so there will be lots of different things to see each time you visit.

The themes this year include a Celebration of Burns, Superheroes, Wonderland, Yellow Brick Road, Chinese New Year, St. Valentines and Super Bright Silent Night.   There is such a great choice that you are bound to find something to entertain you and your family.  However, if themes aren't your thing then Riverside Light Nights cater for you too with simple nights that feature only the illuminations.

Although the event started on the 27th Small City were lucky enough to be invited to a special preview night so we could take some really stunning photos of the lights.  We sent our own aspiring shutterbug Colin down to take some snaps although he soon found himself calling for backup in the shape of experienced photographer Gareth King.

For more info and times and dates that all these different themes will be running check out our event listing here.
