It’s one of the most highly anticipated days on the racing calendar every year; get ready for Totepool Ladies Day at Perth Racecourse, this year supporting Breast Cancer Now!

On Thursday 17th May, men and women will flock to Perth Racecourse in their thousands, all dressed in their finest attire looking to scoop a fabulous prize for their efforts. Tay FM’s Stuart Webster will host the main stage in the Grandstand area throughout the day, with three great rewards for those who have gone all out to look the part.

The award for Best Headwear is sponsored by Louise Georgette Millinery, and the winner will receive two pieces of headwear worth £500! Best Dressed Male is this year sponsored by Slater Menswear Glasgow and the lucky dapper gent will receive £750 worth of vouchers.

And finally, the big one – The Grand Lady – and this year the dashing and elegantly dressed women will win £2,000 in cash! So, make sure you dress to impress ladies!

There is lots of great entertainment on across the day and Brass Gumbo will greet the early guests arriving from 11:30am. In the VIP area, Sax and DJ will be there to welcome the guests and in this area the Pamper Lounge will also be open too. Post-racing there is two great acts performing live to keep the party going.

Scottish band Carbon Copy will be performing on the VIP stage from 5:30PM and on the main stage, the crowd is in for a treat as Lovely Laura and Ben Santiago come to Perth to perform for the Ladies Day audience. Lovely Laura and Ben Santiago have performed in some of the world’s biggest venues and will ensure that the party doesn’t end after the last race!

The feature race on the day is the Totepool Handicap Hurdle – a £15,000 race – and the charity supported in the race is Breast Cancer Now. There are seven great races on the day with some of the biggest names in UK and Irish racing bringing their horses to Scone. Last year, champion jockey Richard Johnson rode two winners at the racecourse where he has enjoyed more success than any other UK course.

Make sure you get your tickets well in advance as Totepool Ladies Day is one of the busiest days in the Perth fixture calendar. The Ladies VIP marquee is an annual sell-out and around 500 guests can be expected in this luxurious area with live music and a relaxing pampering lounge.

Get dressed up and get ready for what is guaranteed to be a fantastic day of racing at Perth Racecourse’s Totepool Ladies Day!
