The moment a mum brings her baby into the world is undoubtedly one of the most important and memorable moments in her life. Unfortunately, due to the way birth is often portrayed, thinking ahead to labour and birth can leave mums-to-be feeling anxious or even afraid of what lies ahead.

Daisy Birthing® classes help mums-to-be fully prepare their body and mind for birth through a unique combination of gentle flowing yoga-based movements taught alongside breathing techniques, antenatal and active birth education and birth hypnosis/relaxation.

Daisy Birthing® classes help mums-to-be fully prepare their body and mind for birth. As birth can be unpredictable, the focus of these all inclusive classes is not to teach one particular ‘style’ of birth but to empower mums-to-be by equipping them with the confidence, knowledge, tools and techniques they need whatever their birth choices may be.

Running in a progressive 6 week course, these unique classes delivered by Jane are designed to support mums in having a positive birth experience when their baby’s birthing day arrives. 

2 Daisy FoundationBest attended form around 20 weeks, they are just as beneficial for first time mums as for second, third or fourth time mums. Class sizes are deliberately kept small to foster a supportive environment for mums-to-be where they can chat openly and share thoughts and giggles on the ups and downs of all things pregnancy and birth.

In addition to the weekly mums only classes, Active Birth Workshops are also available for mum and her birth partner to attend together where partners will learn useful techniques to support mums during labour as well as the more in-depth Daisy Parent® workshop which covers all aspects of labour and birth along with life with a newborn (including newborn care, calming and soothing techniques and information on feeding and sleeping).
