With two AA rosettes and a continued presence in the Michelin Good Food Guide and Good Wine Guide for the UK, the restaurant, guided by Graeme’s mantra of Local, Honest, Simple, is a leading force in Scottish food.
Graeme made the decision in 2016 to refurbish the restaurant, introducing a more relaxed, bistro-style environment. This has opened 63 up to a more casual crowd, and placed it firmly on the map for mid-week lunch, pre-theatre and dinner.
